Connected Care

Hoconet collects all the data from the Hocoma and Motek rehabilitation devices to provide the best possible experience for therapist and patients. Including workout history, scheduling, treatment goals and live device status.

My role

What I did

  • Stakeholder interviews

  • Concepting

  • Journey mapping

  • User Experience Design

  • Usertesting

Together with one other UX designer working from Zurich we designed the MVP of HocoNet. From gathering stakeholder information, visiting hospitals and therapist to map the customer journey to user testing I was part of this project.

All in one platform

All patient information and device information together in one cloud based platform. Patient and Therapist can see their goals, activity timeline and Exercise plans so everyone is always up to date.

Live device status

Therapists can monitor when devices are available, occupied or offline at a glance. This saves therapists time for both therapist and patient.
Device free? Schedule your patient’s exercise so you’ll be sure your session won’t be interrupted.

HocoNet seamlessly connects to the product portfolio of Hocoma and Motek Medical and to existing hospital information system (HIS) so therapists can safely and efficiently manage and keep track of patient, treatment, and device data. This greatly reduces the time spent on administrative tasks, especially in parallel settings, and enables your therapists to concentrate on what they do best: treating patients.
